Benenden Health B2B Event Stand Design
Benenden Health, one of our long-standing clients, wanted to refresh their exhibition stand to create a platform that showcased their unique healthcare proposition. Leaning into their bright brand colours and assets, we aimed to create an engaging and vibrant stand that not only caught the attention of delegates but ensured they left the show remembering Benenden Health. The main challenge? Making this all work in a limited 4×3 space!
To tackle the challenge head-on, we really had to think outside the (4×3) box! Throughout the stand, we stuck to Benenden Health’s signature colours – using a vibrant pink carpet against a white background on one wall and a dark navy background on the other – to make the stand visually striking and attention-grabbing.
The contrast between the dark navy wall with white typography created the perfect canvas for making their monthly fee of just £12.80 per employee pop! With price being key to Benenden Health’s USP, we made that even larger to shout about their affordable offering – and really stand out against their competitors. The white wall provided a snapshot of all their services, with emphasis on their distinctive tagline ‘healthcare done different’, which the sales team could also use as a reference point during sales conversations.
While floor space was limited, that didn’t stop us from using the space around (and above!) the stand. To sit above the stand, we sourced a specialist to create a bespoke eye-catching neon version of their logo, which grabbed the attention of attendees throughout – especially from a distance. We also made the most of lighting by installing curved ceiling lights, which played a crucial role in setting an inviting atmosphere and adding a touch of flair.
Last but not least, we added a handmade smoothie cart not only to encourage further engagement but to promote a healthy lifestyle – which is what Benenden Health stand (pun unintended!) for.
It goes without saying that the stand was a huge hit, with Benenden Health exceeding their lead target by +25%!
The feedback on the stand itself was extremely positive from the client and the stand’s visitors alike, with the vibrant neon sign and bold price display stealing the event spotlight.
