Northern Trust Summer Games Event


The Challenge

Keeping employee morale high can be difficult in recessionary times, so wen Northern Trust came up with an internal employee event to boost spirits and provide a feel good factor, we were tasked with coming up with a promotional campaign and theme.

 

Moreish Approach

The idea of a country ‘summer fair’ created a nice nostalgic, warm and informal feel to the event’s promotional posters and pop-up stands.

The tone was deliberately tongue in cheek to make the event feel inclusive, light-hearted and encourage employees to participate.

 

Results

  • The promotional campaign successfully ensured 100% employee awareness.
  • The event was a huge success with 98% of Northern Trust employees attending.
