The Challenge

To develop a new site structure and design and build a new global site for Healix.

Delivering innovative health, travel and security risk management solutions, Healix has a large global audience including insurance companies, financial intermediaries, B2B decision makers and employees, as well as some niche direct to consumers.

With these numerous products, services and audience types, along with a huge amount of content and two complicated navigation systems, our biggest challenge was to develop a simplified site structure to improve the overall user experience. No small task!

Moreish Approach

We started by reviewing the information architecture of both sites to develop a new site map that would enable clear navigation throughout the site, no matter what product or service the user was after.

This new site structure resulted in two clear menus – the main menu enabled users to navigate around their products and the secondary menu showed the more generic information and news.

Within each product we were then able to create second and third navigation layers without complicating the overall user experience; and avoiding duplicated content.

Visually the site is very striking – with large imagery throughout.

As the site is managed by the client via the CMS, we developed a large amount of bespoke functionality to help ensure it is easily updatable.

And of course, the site is fully responsive across all devices with all copy written to aid organic SEO, and all headings and assets correctly tagged. Visit the site for yourself.
