Keeping employee morale high can be difficult in recessionary times, so wen Northern Trust came up with an internal employee event to boost spirits and provide a feel good factor, we were tasked with coming up with a promotional campaign and theme.
The Moreish Approach
The idea of a country ‘summer fair’ created a nice nostalgic, warm and informal feel to the event’s promotional posters and pop-up stands.
The tone was deliberately tongue in cheek to make the event feel inclusive, light-hearted and encourage employees to participate.
