LV= were running a trial of their adviser-facing online quote and apply portal. They wanted to encourage the users (financial advisers) to engage and embrace the new platform and make the transition as smooth and positive as possible.
The Moreish Approach
The first step was to consult LV= on the name and branding of their new online systems. This included designing a logo and a look and feel.
We then developed a welcoming ‘goody bag’ for the select pilot group of advisers. It contained a bunch of handy branded items that they could put to use in their sales activities – including a box of mints, post-it notes, a portable charger, and literature.
The Fastway brand and welcome pack meant that advisers adopting the new LV= system did so with a positive, upbeat feel.
