To increase awareness and drive leads from HR delegates at various employee health and wellbeing events, we needed to design and create a stand, which had greater standout to stimulate engagement with delegates.
The Moreish Approach
Using the list of planned events we set about planning and designing the stand for maximum impact, based on the client’s budget.
The flexible formats we created enabled us to cost effectively re-work the layouts to drive footfall whatever the position and sq. footage of each event. At the larger events we designed a designated area for health assessments to take place to further increase engagement and dwell time at the stand.
We delivered an end to end solution, including managing:
- Design and production
- Storage, logistics and stock management
- On the day stand set-up
- Event merchandise, videos and print
Number of leads generated more than tripled from the previous year’s event activity with the same number of events.
